BEE FIRST ENGLISH
Course Enrolment Terms & Conditions 2026–2027
Academic Year: September 2026 – June 2027
Welcome to Bee First English! 🐝
These Terms & Conditions are here to make everything clear and straightforward. They explain how your classes, monthly payments, holidays, missed lessons and course materials work throughout the academic year.
Please read them before completing your enrolment and payment.
1. COURSE PERIOD
Your course runs from September 2026 until the end of June 2027.
Your place in your regular class is reserved for you while you remain enrolled and your monthly payments are kept up to date.
2. CLASSES & MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Group courses normally include:
• Two 55-minute live online classes per week
• Access to your Bee First English Moodle course and learning materials
The course fee for existing students for the 2026–2027 academic year is €56 per month, for all new students joining from September 2026 it is €60 per month or unless a different fee has been agreed with you.
Your monthly payment reserves your regular place in the group.
The course fee has been calculated across the full academic year. This means that the monthly payment remains the same even when the number of teaching weeks varies from one month to another.
3. HOLIDAYS
Planned Bee First English holidays and non-teaching days, including holidays at Christmas and Easter, have already been taken into account when calculating the course fee.
For this reason, the normal monthly payment remains the same during these months.
Students will be informed in advance of planned Bee First English holiday dates.
4. IF YOU MISS A CLASS
I understand that sometimes work, family commitments, illness or other circumstances mean that you cannot attend your normal class.
If you know that you are going to miss a lesson, please let me know as soon as possible.
Where possible, you may make up the missed lesson by attending another suitable Bee First English class.
However, a make-up lesson can only be offered when there is an appropriate class at your level with a space available.
For this reason, make-up lessons cannot be guaranteed.
Make-up lessons are offered as an additional flexible benefit and do not have a cash value. Lessons missed by the student are therefore not refunded or deducted from a future monthly payment.
5. IF BEE FIRST ENGLISH CANCELS A CLASS
If Bee First English needs to cancel one of your scheduled lessons, I will arrange an alternative lesson or another suitable solution so that you do not lose a lesson you have paid for.
6. LEAVING THE COURSE
Although your course is planned from September until June, I understand that circumstances can change.
If you decide to leave the course, please give one month's written notice.
Your normal monthly course fee remains payable during the notice period, and you can continue attending your classes during this time.
7. ONLINE CLASSES
Please try to join your lessons on time and make sure that you have a suitable device, internet connection and microphone.
Bee First English classes are designed to be friendly and interactive. Students are encouraged to participate, speak English as much as possible and be respectful and supportive of everyone in the group.
8. MOODLE & COURSE MATERIALS
Your enrolment includes access to the relevant Bee First English learning materials and activities available through Moodle.
These materials are provided for your personal learning only.
They should not be copied, shared, distributed or made available to another person without permission from Bee First English.
Access to the relevant course materials is provided while you are enrolled on the course.
9. PAYMENTS & KEEPING YOUR PLACE
Your regular class place is reserved for you while you remain enrolled and your monthly payments are up to date.
If there is ever a problem with a payment, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that circumstances can sometimes change, and I would always prefer you to speak to me so that we can try to find a solution.
If payments are not kept up to date and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, Bee First English may release your place in the class.
10. RESPECT & PARTICIPATION
Bee First English aims to provide a friendly, supportive and respectful learning environment.
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards the teacher and other students and to help create a comfortable environment where everyone feels able to participate.
11. COMMUNICATION
Important information about your classes, timetable, holidays or course changes may be communicated through WhatsApp, email or Moodle.
Please make sure that Bee First English has your current contact details.
ONLINE ACCEPTANCE
